About the Role: We are currently seeking to appoint a Full Time (Permanent)- Facilities Property Coordinator at THQ Blackburn, VIC. Purpose of the Role: The role has been established to support a broad range of administrative functions that will be managed in-house once our agreement with an external Facilities Maintenance services provide concludes. The role’s primary function is to support Regional and Area Facilities Managers (AFM) with back-of-house functions such as Vendor onboarding and certification against Industry regulations for services rendered, collection and management of the various documents that need to be retained in relations to proof of compliance to regulatory Property standards, working with vendors on payment/invoicing...
