Description RDTS is looking for a Dental Assistant to provide services to the inmate population at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standard and methods generally accepted within the field of Dental Assistant Service and compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulation. The contractor must have the ability to work with an inmate population from a variety of cultural, regional, racial, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. The contractor(s) shall be responsible for but not limited: - The contractor will abide by MDC Guaynabo's infection control policies. The MDC Dental Assistant shall be required to maintain a system of dental records on inmates in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification, and 52.224.2, Privacy Act.
