Quality Mechanical Engineer: Lead Engineer, Mechanical and Structural Systems Job Description: Position Overview: The Lead Engineer, Mechanical and Structural Systems is responsible for driving the design, fabrication, assembly, and field performance of mechanical and (BESS) battery energy storage systems. This role leads engineering execution across product development, factory build processes, and on‑site remediation activities. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with hands‑on field capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop junior engineers. This position ensures engineered solutions meet high standards for safety, quality, manufacturability, and reliability.
