Hutcheon and Pearce Service Manager Full-Time Position: 📍 Bowral (also covering Queanbeyan and Nowra branches) We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to lead from the front and drive our service team across three locations! Position Overview: As the Service Manager, you will take charge of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while driving profitable service labor sales and maintaining expense control. Your leadership will be key in building and mentoring a high-performing team, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. What You’ll Be Doing: Leadership & Management: Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Lead and mentor your team through supervision, training, and biannual performance reviews. Support recruitment and staffing efforts for your department. Customer Service: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
