Statement & Billing Readiness Officer Reference number: 11128: Closing date: 11pm, 19 April 2026 - Temporary 5-week coverage from 20 April to 22 May 2026 full-time opportunity - Band 6 salary, $50.89 per hour plus 12% superannuation - Seeking a skilled systems specialist with proven experience in AlayaCare The Opportunity: The Statement & Billing Readiness Officer will play a key role in supporting Council’s transition to the Support at Home program by ensuring billing processes, client statements, and contribution records are accurate, clear, and aligned with new funding and system requirements. The role works across Finance and the broader Aged & Disability Services team, including care planning and system teams, to test invoicing outputs, validate contribution data, and support preparation for upcoming reforms. This role provides backfill coverage during a busy period of AlayaCare implementation for Support at Home clients.
