Job description

The Scrum Master candidate will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices within our IT projects. This role involves guiding the team through the Scrum framework, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality solutions. Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles. Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the next sprint. Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of project goals. Advocate for Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization. Track and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts, to provide transparency and insights into the team's progress.
