Role: Resource Coordinator – Italy Start Date: Flexible: Location: Milan (Hybrid/Remote work will be considered) Role Overview: The Resource Coordinator– Italy is a critical operational pillar within our Football Department. You will serve as the primary architect of our freelance network across the Italian territory, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Freelancers (FLs) and Casual Workers (CWs) dedicated to our football operations. This role balances high-level strategic planning such as demand forecasting and regional talent acquisition with rigorous operational oversight of our human capital. You are responsible for ensuring we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time to support our coverage across 90 stadiums , servicing Italy’s most prestigious leagues: Lega Serie A Serie BKT: Serie C: Serie A Femminile: Key Responsibilities: 1.
