Join our Raymond Team as a Quality Assurance Manager ! The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. The Quality Assurance Manager at Raymond Muscatine, LLC, a division of Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA), is responsible for leading the site’s Quality Engineering function in support of our world-class manufacturing of material handling equipment. This role ensures alignment with TMHNA’s operational excellence goals and the Toyota Production System (TPS), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The Quality Assurance Manager will drive quality initiatives throughout the Muscatine facility, partner with cross-functional teams, support new product introduction (NPI), and lead the resolution of complex quality challenges using structured problem-solving methods.
