WHO WE ARE: This position is with Helena Industries (HI). HI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC and provides production and distribution solutions to customers across a wide variety of industries. HI is one of the largest chemical toll manufacturers in the U.S. and our clients include many household name brands and large retailers. ABOUT THE JOB: The Area Manager organizes, plans and directs activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. This position is responsible for directing the team on the line about their purpose, the value of their role, tasks and procedures in the processing and packaging of products in their assigned areas. The Area Manager will provide direction consistent with plant goals and trains team members in all areas by matching skills and motivation factors with job requirements.
