CPA are actively recruiting up to 6 Disability Support Practitioners in Dee Why, and across the Northern Beaches region . These are all permanent part-time opportunities of between 15-30 hours per week , with a variety of shifts, including morning, day, evening, and awake night shifts. In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support, empowering our clients to live as independently as possible while advocating for their individual needs, choices, and goals. Requirements: - Support clients to develop and maintain independence, dignity, and confidence Deliver individualised care, including assistance with: - Mealtimes - Personal care (toileting, showering) - Medication administration - Manual handling using a range of equipment and aids - Monitor client wellbeing, documenting and reporting on progress and any changes - Work collaboratively as part of a fun, supportive, and dynamic team - We are open to both green and experie...
