DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. This position is responsible for the following: - Oversees table games in an assigned area and on shift - Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix - Supervises the Dealer(s) and the Pit Clerk(s) - Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training - Ensures that customers behave properly and protects games personnel - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals - Must make sound and ethical judgments - Analyze customers play; cheating scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play - Leads and directs the work of others using a certain degree of constructive and positive feedback - Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations - Working knowledge of Oasis systems including but not limited to the following: printing, entering and paying mark...
