Job Description Summary Job Description Summary As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our customers steam power boilers and associated equipment. It’s a role that will see you going out on the road to visit customers on site, resolving any issues and providing the exceptional service that will ensure we achieve optimal customer satisfaction. It’s vital work – your expertise will be invaluable when it comes to making sure our customer’s power plants patients perform to their best capability. In this role your focus will be on steam boilers and auxiliary equipment and environmental control systems. You will service our clients primarily in the US and Canada. Job Description: Field service assignments involve adapting to varying conditions at customer facilities while operating within estimated resources and ensuring quality. Decisive actions involving complex technical matters to eliminate or minimize adverse impact, ensure quality and operate within budget.
