The Director, Strategy and Network Development will play a pivotal role in advancing Providence’s transition to value ‑ based care, high ‑ value networks, and direct ‑ to ‑ employer solutions. The Role: The Director, Strategy and Network Development is responsible for evaluating, developing, and launching new and innovative healthcare products and network strategies across the North Division. This role partners closely with payer contracting to assess payer partnership opportunities, evaluates healthcare delivery system partnerships, and collaborates with Contracting and Community Care Alliance with Providence (CCAP) leadership to grow and geographically expand provider network vehicles. The Director plays a significant role in achieving divisional strategic goals, including value ‑ based membership growth, high ‑ value and clinically integrated network development, and direct ‑ to ‑ employer contracting efforts that drive top ‑ line revenue.
