Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the National Director of Branch Development, the job responsibilities of the Originating Branch Manager position include, but are not limited, to the following: Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business. Recruit and hire MLOs for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels. Train and oversee the branch staff relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through. Monitor quality of loans originated by MLOs and ensure they are within company policy guidelines. Also, monitor MLO compensation plans and keep them in balance with production. Responsible fo...
