We are looking for a talented Senior IT Service Delivery Leader, SAP CS and SD to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA Customer Service module in Euro or United Kingdom: This role is categorised as onsite with flexibility and open to candidates based in the UK and Europe where Cummins has a legal entity and must live within a commutable distance of a Cummins site. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Drive standard-first SAP and Quantum solutions that optimize Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes across Europe & AME. - Strengthen integration between SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service, SD, and Salesforce Service Cloud, improving operational efficiency and data flow. - Enable business transformation by closing functionality gaps through smart configuration and scalable solution design. - Increase business value by maximizing use of standard SAP capabilities instead of custom developments. - Improve service operations stability through structured incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. - Act as a trusted functional expert and advisor for Service Operations, Aftermarket, and Customer Service stakeholders. - Build str...
