The Analyst II will approve entire projects through the Veterans Administration. The Analyst II will communicate final decisions of project approval or denial to the relevant parties. The Analyst will work on the AnnieMac Condominium Project Approval Database. Under the direct supervision of the Project Approval Team Lead, the job duties of the Project Approval Analyst II are: Review limited review and non-complex full review conventional loans. Procuring documentation to clear conditions. Contribute to maintaining the condo project approval database. Contributing to team meeting and other team work product.
