Description The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, Texas A&M University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Clinical Assistant Professor of Clinical Associate Professor position in small animal primary care medicine on an 11-month appointment, with an anticipated start date of Fall 2025. The Primary Care Service hosts a mandatory 4-week rotation in wellness, general, and preventive care. This includes medicine, basic dentistry, and surgery with the goal of exposing senior veterinary students to a high-quality general practice environment. Most of the caseload is canine and feline, but interest or board certification in companion animal exotic medicine will be considered. The successful candidate must possess a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, service to clients, and clinical teaching, as well as strong leadership and communications skills.
