Routine duties to include consulting with designated managers in assigned work units or assisting HR Leadership regarding performance management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and transactions by performing analysis of data and information, and interpreting and applying policies, procedures and regulations. Performs actions associated with recruitment, selection, pay determination, documentation, benefits administration, job classification and Employee Work Profile (EWP) review, and performance management. Prepares and submits personnel transactions and associated paperwork for review by supervisor in personnel tracking system.
