We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Charnwood to assist with the appointment of a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader, on a 6-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £24.00- £31.84 per hour Summary: The Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader plays a critical role in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of Charnwood Borough Council tenants. This position is the technical lead for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving damp, mould, and condensation issues across the council's housing stock. You will ensure that all properties remain safe, habitable, and compliant with statutory obligations and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). By combining technical expertise in building pathology with a resident-focused approach, you will drive effective remedial solutions and support long-term asset management strategies.
