Platform Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our QA team as an embedded member of our Platform engineering team. You will work alongside our QA, Development, Product Development, and Support teams to ensure that our platform-level services and infrastructure meet the highest standards for quality before release to customers. These services underpin all our software applications. You will help create test plans, coordinate testing of new platform features and services, and serve as the dedicated QA presence within the Platform team. A successful Platform QA Specialist will have a strong understanding of writing and reviewing user stories and feature requests to appropriately verify and create future test scenarios for regression and automated testing. Candidates should show excellent interpersonal skills for communication across teams made up of both technical and non-technical individuals. You should be detail-oriented, have strong time management skills, and be a hands-on and motivated learner who enjoys keeping up to date with the latest testing strategies.
