About the Role: We are hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to partner with our most strategic customers in identifying, validating, and scaling AI-driven ways of working using Miro. In this role, you will act as a trusted AI advisor, helping customers translate business goals into practical AI use cases, guide experimentation, and drive measurable adoption. You will focus on designing effective workflows, advising on integrations, and accelerating outcomes using Miro’s AI capabilities and ecosystem. In addition to customer-facing work, you will serve as an internal AI subject matter expert, helping elevate the team’s understanding of AI, shaping how we deliver AI engagements, and building repeatable approaches that scale across customers.You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to real customer needs.
