Description The Translation Manager oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of system-wide translation services to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant access to translated materials for patients, staff, and providers. This role manages the full lifecycle of translation projects, including request intake, resource coordination, quality assurance, vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements. The Manager leads program strategy, monitors key performance metrics, and supports patient-centered communication and health equity initiatives. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership, the Translation Manager enhances service quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
