Our Nurse team provides direct nursing care to our resident senior citizens, and helps to oversee the work of our Caregivers to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care in support of their health and quality of life. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: - Provide nursing care according to physicians' orders and in compliance with recognized nursing practices, established standards, and administrative policies. - Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle with residents. - Identify and report changes in residents' medical and behavioral condition.
