Your Role: The primary purpose of this role is to manage and optimize the Dayforce HCM system, ensuring smooth system operations, configuration, and user support across payroll, benefits, and time & attendance while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role will also support cross-function data analysis using tools like Power BI, Qlikview , and Infor Birst. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, configure, and maintain Dayforce modules- including payroll, benefits, and time & attendance- while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Design and improve HR workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience while resolving system issues managing Dayforce major releases (2x/year) and ensuring system reliability.
