Our goal is to build the largest and highest quality e-bike range by sourcing and reconditioning the best e-bikes. The Netherlands is a strategic key market, and to support our growth we are looking for an Operations Lead. The Operations team’s role is to create the largest and highest-quality e-bike offering for Upway shoppers, by sourcing the best e-bikes, refurbishing them and delivering them to their new owner in a seamless customer experience. The Operations Lead of Amsterdam, will be responsible for owning the operational flow of our 7000m2 UpCenter in Zuid-Oost, and grow it to a 200 FTE team.
