Your Opportunity: The Cloud Operations & Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting the stability, availability, security, and performance of Lovisa’s cloud hosted solutions and automation workflows. This role focuses on the monitoring, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cloud-based environments, with a key focus on Microsoft Azure, Turbo360, and automation solutions built using UiPath. The Cloud Operations & Automation Engineer plays a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring seamless upstream and downstream data flows between enterprise applications. Given the global nature of Lovisa’s operations, this role requires effective coordination across multiple teams and time zones, particularly for change deployments, incident management, and production support activities.
