Job description

This position is primarily guest service out on the gaming floor and assisting with basic gaming machine functions including detailed paperwork requirements, accurate data entry, and money counting skills. All positions within 7 CLANS CASINOS are responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace. The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities of all slot team members. However, other duties will be assigned as deemed necessary by reporting department management and will be addressed per department job descriptions and Policies and Procedures. Responsible for the success of the Player’s Club, by assisting guests through the membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership.
