The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio, video, and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality presentations and events. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ◦ Install, test, and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment for meetings, conferences, live events, and other productions. ◦ Ensure proper cabling, positioning, and configuration of equipment for optimal performance. ◦ Monitor and adjust sound and visual settings during events for clear and professional output. ◦ Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to ensure reliability and performance. ◦ Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, minimizing disruptions. ◦ Keep an inventory of equipment and report any damages or needs for replacements. ◦ Work closely with event planners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
