About the role: As a OSH Admin Oficer you will contribute to the administrative monitoring of employee health within the Westinghouse Group in France. You will contribute to regulatory compliance and CEFRI/OCR certification, while ensuring coordination with internal departments and external partners. You will report to the France RP HSE Manager and be located in Villejust , France. Model of work: hybrid. Key Responsibilities: Health administrative support: - Monitor memberships with medical centers and managing company records. - Schedule medical examinations. - Manage medical files through the internal platform. - Create, and distributing Individual Exposure Assessment Sheets (FEIP). - Monitor hardship/exposure factors and communicate them to relevant departments. - Transmit medical conclusions to HR and managers. - Help implement suitable equipment for employees.
