Position Title: Head Women's Bowling Coach Job Description: The Head Women’s Bowling Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program as it relates to practice and game preparation; budget management; fundraising; scheduling; scouting; recruiting; roster management; gear and equipment; and working with our home practice facility personnel. This position ensures the program works within NCAA, USBC, and University rules and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Advanced knowledge of women’s bowling has been acquired through significant experience coaching or playing in a post-secondary environment of commensurate experience. - Ensure that all Mount St. Mary’s University, NCAA, USBC, and MAAC policies and procedures are followed. Including, but not limited to, student-athlete eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, scheduling, and academic progress. Ensure compliance with Mount St. Mary’s University, USBC, and NCAA rules by student athletes and sport related staff. - Promote academic excellence, integrity, and graduation by working closely with respective Athletic Academic Advisor and the Office of Compliance. - Teach fundamental skills and techniques, wh...
