Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. The Permit team contributes to Ion Solar by accurately and efficiently submitting permit applications, following up with jurisdictions to obtain approvals, and communicating clearly with the customer. Duties/Responsibilities: Submit all permit applications within 24 hours of hitting the queue Follow up with accounts weekly to determine approval status Communicate with all customers in the queue weekly to provide updates and answer questions. Communicate with other departments clearly to determine what is needed to move the account forward. Maintain both personal and team email - respond to all communication within 48 hours.
