The Role… As the Homes Assistant you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Country Living and House Beautiful team in all aspects of your work. Reporting into the Group Style and Interiors Director you will work closely with the homes group to create content that aligns with the wider business strategies. Main Duties…: To be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values - Attend news desks meetings across both House Beautiful and Country Living with a view to pitching and contributing to daily online features - Support the team to learn Newsletter skills and builds - Calling in images, following up hi-res image requests and maintenance of PR imagery to support the Picture Director - Supporting the Group Style and Interiors Director and Style and Interiors Editors with commissioning and invoicing - Generating editorial ideas for stories, and editing shopping pages for print under the direction of the Group Style and Interiors Director - Social content creation and training to edit social videos - An awareness of the commercial areas of the business (including licensing) and contributing when required - Gain an understanding of key strategies across both brands for growth...
