Location: Hybrid – Boca Raton, FL This is a hybrid role based in our Boca Raton, FL office. Candidates must be local or able to commute. Relocation assistance is not provided. HR Analytics & Org Design Intern Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Analytics & Org Design Intern to support the People team in data-driven decision making and organizational structure planning. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate workforce data, developing org charts, and supporting HR initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources, data analytics, organizational design, and business operations, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world problem solving.
