Project Leader at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within COSMOTE Global Solutions. You will lead project teams to ensure deliverables meet the company's standards for quality, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority by defining feasible project plans aligned with business objectives - Maintain overall responsibility for the execution of the contract - Report and present to the Contracting Authority Project Manager - Manage the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against them - Estimate timelines, budgets, and resource requirements and proactively address risks - Guide and support team activities, review deliverables, and provide progress reports - Collaborate with programme/project managers to allocate appropriate resources - Participate in working groups and progress meetings - Monitor costs, schedules, and resources and take c...
