Workforce Development Coordinator Department/ Employer: Workforce Development – Redlands Chamber of Commerce Reports to: Workforce Development Director: Location: Redlands, CA: Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Candidate’s Choice) Compensation: $23/hour + Mileage Reimbursement (per official rate) About the Role: This position plays a vital role in supporting underprivileged individuals in the Redlands community by helping them gain employment and access to training opportunities. This position involves guiding clients through resume preparation, interview coaching, and connecting them with local resources and partners. You will also assist with workforce projects benefiting the general population and youth throughout the year.
