Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking a number of Customer Operations Agent’s to join our Operations Department at Dover Eastern Docks on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract, ideally running from June - September. This is a frontline port role operating on annualised hours, requiring shift work across a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with regular outdoor working in all weather conditions. This is an opportunity to work as part of the Port Operations team during a key peak period, helping to ensure that passenger and freight traffic is processed safely and efficiently, customers receive a high standard of service, and port operations run smoothly during high-volume periods.
