Job Description: The Op Ex Hub Director plays a critical role in supporting a portfolio of contracts/projects to deliver an effective service that meets the performance targets, remains compliant and delivers exceptional customer satisfaction. The role will work closely with the Operational VP to ensure that standards are being met across the contracts including performance targets, quality measures, delivery standards and contract obligations. This role will drive new initiatives across the region and manage the start up and exit of contracts.
