Experienced or Senior Lean Practitioner (Level 4 or 5) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Lean Practitioner (Level 4 or 5) to support the BDS Lean Organization in Tukwila, WA. As a Lean Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in driving Lean initiatives and mindset across the organization. You will be responsible for Lean activities and partnering with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. This position requires an understanding of Lean principles and methodologies, as well as the ability to guide teams and leaders in their Lean journey. Position Responsibilities: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location, but will be expected to travel between business sites in the area as needed (Tukwila, Renton, Everett). This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
