As Health & Safety Partner for the Copenhagen Hub, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting health and safety standards across Denmark and Europe. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to join our team and drive the Health & Safety vision forward. This role is at Manager specialist level and is based out of our Copenhagen Hub. Core Responsibilities: Encourage employees at Copenhagen Hub to adopt the Health & Safety vision and provide assistance in Health & Safety-related matters. Partner with the Global Health & Safety Team and engage with Health & Safety colleagues across EMEA, US, China, and APAC. Implement and maintain global Health & Safety frameworks, processes, and campaigns locally. Ensure compliance with local legislation and LEGO standards. Conduct risk assessments and support incident reporting and investigations. Design and deliver local Health & Safety educational campaigns and training.
