RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - We’re seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused sales professional to join the Jackson Group Peterbilt team. The ideal candidate would sell our inventory of used semi-trucks to owner-operators, fleet buyers, and logistics companies. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building long-term relationships, and closing sales. - · Understand the terminology of the truck business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. - · Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects. - · Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail vehicle sales. - · Turn closed deals over to the finance and insurance manager and present properly completed paperwork (i.e., insurance information, trade title, etc.). - · Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery (i.e., cleans vehicles, fills gas tank, and ensures all features are operational) before customer arrival. - · Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. - · Introduce...
