ABOUT THIS JOB: The centralized HR Investigation team’s purpose is to promptly and thoroughly conduct all Human Resources investigations in a manner that is fair, unbiased, and consistent with CarMax values. The Sr. Consultant, HR Investigations is responsible for professional response and resolution of CarMax Human Resources investigations. This position manages Associate complaints/concerns and conducts unbiased investigations from intake through resolution, providing outcome recommendations to Region/Store teams. The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication skills and the ability to provide thorough research, support, and recommendations on a wide variety of HR investigations.
