Job Description Summary Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Drive the Industrialization projects related to Bushing products including footprint and tooling adaptation. Support the manufacturing units from preparation to execution of CAPEX investment plan ensuring the alignment with the PT strategy for that product. Lead the approval process of CAPEX projects and track the execution of the projects in accordance with the premises approved. Drive the standardization in the manufacturing processes for Bushing products leading the local industrial teams in the development of manufacturing procedures. Essential Responsibilities: Propose a global strategy for the plants and coordinate key actions in order to Lead the CAPEX approval process for the units dedicated to Bushing products ensuring the alignment with PT strategy. Lead the development and revision of existing manufacturing documents. Coordinate the deployment of standard manufacturing processes in the units with definition of training and coaching where is necessary.
