What We Do Enertiv digitizes and centralizes all the backend processes necessary to own and operate commercial real estate. The platform leverages static documents, legacy systems, and connected IoT devices to streamline workflows, deliver prescriptive recommendations, and provide unprecedented transparency for every stakeholder from the boardroom to the boiler room. To support this growth, Enertiv is seeking to hire an experienced Client Success Manager to lead strategic relationships, drive adoption of our platform, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. This individual will manage a portfolio of high-value clients and be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes, maximizing client value, and building trusted partnerships. This position reports directly to the VP of Client Success and can be based remotely within the U.S. This role represents a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team that’s helping decarbonize and modernize the real estate industry.
