Job Description: About the role: We are inviting applications for an experienced Chef to work on a permanent part time basis at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba. Duties include: Preparation and cooking of food according to menu guidelines, standard recipes and food safety requirements Participate in correct personal hygiene and food handling practices comply with the hospital’s HACCP based food safety program Participate in food process including safe handling and storage, stock rotation, temperature, time and hygiene requirements.
