What you'll bring to the team The Wardrobe Lead serves as a key leadership point of contact between line staff and the Wardrobe & Park Presentation Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Wardrobe department. This role supports operational efficiency, uniform presentation standards, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with resort uniform guidelines. The Wardrobe Lead is responsible for coordinating staff breaks, managing wardrobe inventory during both peak and non-peak periods, and ensuring the consistent presentation and availability of resort uniforms. This position collaborates closely with other departments to ensure uniform guidelines are met and that uniform orders are executed in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include mending garments, operating sewing equipment, tracking uniform usage, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
