About the Role: As our Maintenance Supervisor, Programs, you’ll ensure Link Wentworth delivers high‑quality, safe, and compliant homes across our portfolio. This hands‑on role oversees planned and cyclical maintenance programs, property modifications, technical inspections, and void works to ensure homes are ready for new tenants as quickly as possible. You’ll scope and inspect works, coordinate contractors, manage variations and invoices, and ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards. Your contribution will directly support tenant wellbeing, organisational performance, and long‑term asset sustainability.
