This position provides administrative support to the site leadership team and plays an important role in maintaining efficient office operations and clear communication across the site. Reporting to the VP/GM – Bridgeton, the Administrative Assistant supports leadership activities, coordinates visitor logistics, assists with communications, and helps manage administrative processes that keep the site running effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
