Position: Testing Specialist Technology Department: Student Success & Engagement: Type of Position: Full-time Hourly: Exemption Status: Non-Exempt: Work Schedule, Hours per week: 40 hours/ 5 days a week Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No: Starting Salary Range: $18.22-$23.31 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: Provide technology support to all areas within the department as well as facilitating and maintaining online testing programs and accommodated exams. Proctor, administer, and process accurate and secure exams within a team environment that involves extensive one-on-one interaction and engagement with students, faculty, staff, and community members while complying with applicable government, corporate, academic, and department mandates. Required Qualifications: - Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. - Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment. - Requires an Associate's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
