We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Bolton Polska. How you make the difference: As a Sales Marketing Representative, you are essential to bringing Bolton’s brand strategies to life at the point of sale. Through effective merchandising and strategic support of in-store promotions, you enhance brand visibility, engage customers directly, and drive sales growth where it matters most. How your agenda looks like: - Manage daily customer relationships and ensure excellent in-store execution across assigned channels and customers; - Plan and implement promotional and sales activities, including portfolio management and enforcement of central agreements; - Drive sales performance by achieving assigned targets and commercial objectives within the entrusted area; - Oversee POS materials and merchandisers’ activities, ensuring proper execution, control, and reporting; - Conduct market analysis and reporting, monitoring competitors’ activities, consumer trends, customer needs, and overall performance results.
