In this role, you will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to manage the candidate pipeline and assist with interviews for a variety of different roles. You’ll also partner with different team leads to ensure a successful hiring campaign by organizing interview plans and tracking progress. What You’ll Do: ATS Management: Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up-to-date, including updating job postings, programming interview plans, sorting through application, updating candidate progress, and tracking interview notes. Hiring Support: Help Recruiters with recruiting tasks as needed, including drafting Job Descriptions, preparing Interview Plans, and updating Hiring Managers.
